A smaller space to go deeper — explore faith, ask honest questions, build community and grow together as followers of Jesus.
Young Adults
Our Young Adults community is for those aged 18–30. We gather socially, connect around shared interests, and create space to build genuine friendships and grow together in faith.
There’s no fixed schedule. Gatherings happen throughout the year and are shared on our socials.
Growth Groups
Growth Groups are smaller spaces to build genuine friendships, share life, explore faith and grow as followers of Jesus. We make space to talk honestly, pray for one another, encourage each other and learn what it means to follow Jesus in everyday life.
Groups meet in homes throughout the week, creating a place where you can belong, grow and be known.
Prayer
We believe prayer changes things, and we want to be a praying people. Prayer is woven into the life of God & City. We gather regularly to seek God, listen to the Holy Spirit, pray for one another and intercede for our church, our city and beyond.
Weekly prayer gatherings:
Sundays | 8:45–9:15am
Before our Sunday gathering, we meet in the Aftercare Room at Pinehurst Primary School.
Thursdays | 8:00–8:45am.
We gather in homes in and around Pinelands to pray together.
Encounter Evenings | 5:15–5:45pm
When we have a Sunday evening Encounter, we gather beforehand to pray.
Prayer WhatsApp Group
Prayer requests, praise reports and opportunities to pray for one another are shared throughout the week in our GCC Prayer WhatsApp Group.

Mercy & Justice
The gospel of Jesus proclaims both sins forgiven and wrongs put right. We believe true repentance and forgiveness bear fruit in the way we relate to one another and in the way we work together with God to see wrongs addressed and relationships restored — both structurally and relationally.
We want to love generously, serve practically, pursue justice and see restoration take place in our church, our city and beyond.
Alpha
Alpha is a space to explore the Christian faith in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Whether you’re curious about Jesus, exploring faith for the first time, or simply have questions you’ve never had space to ask, you’re welcome at Alpha.
Each gathering includes food, a short talk and time for honest conversation and questions. There’s no pressure, no expectation to have the answers, and no question that’s off limits.
You can come as you are. Come curious.
Love After Marriage
Experience the Marriage you’ve always dreamed of.
This is a practical and encouraging workshop designed to help couples strengthen their relationship, grow in understanding and build a healthy, Christ-centred marriage.
Whether you’ve been married for a few months or many years, this is a space to pause, reconnect, have honest conversations and discover practical ways to love and serve one another well.

Sozo
Sozo is a gentle inner healing prayer ministry that creates space to seek God together, listening to the Holy Spirit and inviting Him to bring healing, freedom and deeper connection with Father God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit.
In a Sozo session, a small team of trained people prays with you and helps you explore what God may be saying and doing in your life. It’s a confidential, prayerful space where you can bring the things you’re carrying and seek God’s presence and perspective.

Single Life Workshop
Discover who God has made you to be. Grow in confidence. Build healthy relationships.
This workshop is a space to explore what it means to live well and confidently as a single person, while learning how to do relationships well.
Together, you’ll explore what may be holding you back from deeper connection, discover practical communication and relationship skills, and gain greater confidence in who God has made you to be. We’ll also talk honestly about dating, pursuing relationships, and sexuality from a godly perspective.

Care
Our Care Ministry is here to support and walk alongside people in our church family when life becomes challenging — whether through changes in health, family circumstances, loss, crisis or other difficult seasons.
We believe we’re called to care for one another, not just in the good times, but also when life feels difficult or uncertain. Our care team offers practical and pastoral support, prayer, encouragement and a listening ear, helping people feel supported, seen and not alone.
Missional & Community Outreach
We believe mission starts where we are — in our neighbourhoods, workplaces, schools and communities. Our Missional & Community Outreach ministry creates opportunities to build relationships, serve our city and share the hope of Jesus in practical and meaningful ways.
We also partner with missionaries and non-profit organisations who are serving on the ground in grassroots communities, joining with those who are already bringing practical care, dignity, justice and the love of Jesus to people and places in need.
Serve on Sundays
Church is something we do together.
There are lots of ways to use your gifts, skills and time to help create a welcoming space for people to encounter God and connect with others.
From setting up the venue and making coffee, to welcoming, hosting, praying, serving with our music, sound and media teams, or investing in the next generation. There are many ways to serve.
Bring what you have. Use your gifts. Be part of creating a space for others to encounter God.
Worship (Music, Sound, Media)
Our Worship Ministry exists to help our church grow in worship of God through music, sound and media. Our teams serve not only on Sundays, but across the life of the church wherever these gifts help create spaces for worship, prayer, ministry and connection.
